WHAT IS RAD
For the better half of the decade, RAD has been involved with taking on cases where individuals have been challenged with disability as well as natural aging and has been providing customized care solutions for such individuals and members of the community. RAD understands that the community is built up of ALL of its members and that every single one of them is able to make a difference if enabled the right way.
This is why RAD is committed to working towards making everyday life and mundane activities accessible and sometimes even simply possible for people facing disabilities or having moved on into their golden years.
INDIVIDUAL &
COMMUNAL DEVELOPMENT
Due to the fundamental element of community, RAD makes an active effort towards bringing community members, channels, groups and even outsiders together. This is done for a number of obvious and some not so obvious purposes. The idea is to enable each and every individual to have a good understanding of the people living in their community. This makes sure that everyone understands the need for such efforts.
These community efforts also strengthen communal bonds within members and families, especially where families are also the primary caretakers of disability-facing individual. Together, people enable each other and lift up the community accepting diversity, practicing inclusion and conclusively changing the community for the better.
