Different about RAD

RAD is committed to uphold its commitment to be transparent in its act and intent when dealing with clients, families, members, employees and the community at large.

Like the NDIS, RAD is constantly on the lookout for other programs and services which can be integrated into the RAD spectrum for offering our members even more options and facilities.

RAD heavily invested in its development with multiple avenues, committing time and energy towards the training of our personnel/employees and acquiring technology and systems that complement our vision and mission.

RAD has some of the best minds of the industry helping it with its strategizing and planning initiatives which enable RAD and its members to be able to provide and acquire services as well as ensure the continued sustenance of such efforts.

We have made a decision based on our path of transparency, to stick to our fundamental values of being open, honest and transparent in our dealings. This enables us to be trusted by communities across the country, with families resting assured that their loved ones facing challenges have someone to care for them.

Our family comprises of our employees, our volunteer workers and our members availing our services. This makes up the RAD family where each single person is treated as an equal, whether sitting on this side of the counter or the other. Every single staff member is trained in the manners and etiquettes of dealing with people facing challenges of disability and age.
